  Adult Program & Schedule  
  Our Adult Program consist of the following:
  • Everybody in our program receives a weekly 30 minute private session one on one with a qualified instructor and 3 adult group classes.
  • You will learn self defense in your first lesson.
  • What are the benefits of training in our Kenpo Program? -- Cardio fitness, strength fitness, build confidence, build self esteem, build self awareness, and environmental awareness.

***The schedule below is for the Group class only. The weekly private lesson is scheduled according to your schedule and instructor availability.
