Age Restriction
pokk enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years for all registered accounts. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
Gambling is an adult activity. pokk prohibits access to all real-money gaming services by any individual under 18 years of age. This policy applies to all account holders in Bangladesh and is enforced through the following measures:
- Age declaration at registration: Every new pokk account holder must confirm their age is 18 or above during the registration process.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification: All accounts are subject to identity verification. Players are required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) that confirms their date of birth. Accounts cannot process withdrawals until KYC is complete.
- Parental controls guidance: If you share a device with children or younger family members, pokk strongly recommends enabling parental control software on that device and ensuring your pokk account is protected by a strong, unique password that is not accessible to minors.
- Zero tolerance for underage gambling: If pokk identifies or receives a credible report that an account is held by a person under 18, that account will be suspended immediately, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter will be handled in accordance with our legal obligations. Winnings generated by underage players will be forfeited.
For Adults Aged 18 and Above Only
The pokk platform is strictly for adult players. All reports are treated confidentially and acted upon without delay. We take underage gambling seriously and will cooperate fully with any investigation involving a minor.
Responsible Gaming Tools
pokk provides a full suite of player-controlled responsible gaming tools. All tools are accessible from your account settings and take effect immediately or within 24 hours.
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once your chosen limit is reached, pokk will block any further deposits until the limit period resets. Limit reductions apply immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
Set a maximum continuous session duration (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours). When your session time is reached, pokk will display a prominent on-screen alert and, if you choose, automatically log you out to prevent unintended extended play.
Enable periodic pop-up reminders at intervals you choose (every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) that display your total session time and net win/loss figures. Reality checks help you stay aware of time spent and money wagered during any gaming session.
Take a temporary break from your pokk account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is fully suspended — you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Existing balances are preserved and withdrawals are still possible.
Permanently or semi-permanently close your pokk account for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion is the strongest tool available and is recommended when a short time-out is not sufficient. See the dedicated self-exclusion section below for full details.
View a full, itemised history of every deposit, withdrawal, bet, and game session associated with your pokk account. Reviewing your history regularly is a healthy habit that helps you maintain an honest picture of your gambling activity.
Deposit & Spending Limits
Setting clear financial boundaries is the single most effective way to keep gambling enjoyable and within your means. pokk makes it easy to set and manage your own deposit limits.
pokk's deposit limit system allows you to cap the amount of money you can add to your account within a defined time window. Limits apply across all payment methods — whether you deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, or Mastercard. Once a limit is set, it applies uniformly regardless of which payment method you use.

The 7-day cooling-off period for limit increases is a deliberate design choice, not a technical delay. It is intended to give you time to reconsider a decision that could increase your financial exposure. If, after 7 days, you still wish to raise your limit, the change will take effect automatically. If you change your mind during the cooling-off period, simply contact [email protected] to cancel the pending increase.
pokk also offers a loss limit feature, which caps the total amount you can lose within a defined period, and a wager limit, which caps the total amount staked regardless of wins and losses. These additional controls are available in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is the most powerful responsible gaming tool available at pokk. It is designed for players who feel they need a significant break from gambling.
Self-exclusion is a formal, binding commitment to stop using the pokk platform for a defined minimum period. When you self-exclude, your account is immediately suspended and you will not be able to access it during the exclusion period — not even to browse games or check your balance. All marketing communications are also stopped immediately.
pokk offers the following self-exclusion periods:
- 6 months — the minimum self-exclusion period
- 1 year
- 2 years
- 5 years
- Permanent self-exclusion — your account is permanently closed with no option to reopen it
Self-exclusion records are kept permanently on our system even after a temporary exclusion period expires. This means that if you attempt to re-register a new account during your exclusion period, pokk's systems will detect the match and block the new registration. pokk takes this obligation seriously and our team manually reviews any registration that triggers a potential exclusion match.

Click on "Self-Exclusion" and choose your preferred exclusion period from the available options (6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanent).

Confirm Your Decision
You will be asked to confirm your choice twice. Read the confirmation carefully — once confirmed, self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends.

Receive Confirmation Email
pokk will send a confirmation email to your registered address within 15 minutes. Your account will be suspended immediately, and all marketing emails will cease. Any available balance can be withdrawn during the exclusion period by contacting [email protected].

Returning After Exclusion
When a temporary exclusion period ends, you must actively request account reactivation by contacting [email protected]. Accounts are not automatically reactivated. pokk will conduct a brief wellbeing check before reactivating any self-excluded account.
