pokk Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. References to any gender include all genders. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

By registering on pokk, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are true at the time of registration and remain true for the duration of your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. pokk enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
2. You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
3. You are not a Prohibited User as defined in Article 1 of these Terms & Conditions.
4. You do not already hold an active pokk account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the pokk platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
5. The funds you deposit on pokk are legitimately sourced and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity, money laundering scheme, or fraud.
6. You understand that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction, and you take sole responsibility for ensuring that your participation is lawful in your location.

pokk reserves the right to perform eligibility checks at any time, including at the point of a withdrawal request or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to satisfy an eligibility check will result in account suspension pending further review.

To use pokk's real-money gaming services, you must first register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account. Any change to your personal details must be reported to pokk support within a reasonable time by contacting [email protected].

pokk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. At our discretion — and in particular prior to processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000 or when we detect account activity that warrants further review — we may require you to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• A utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your residential address, dated within the past three months;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account in your name);
• Any additional documentation that pokk reasonably deems necessary to complete the verification process.

Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and approved. pokk aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Documents must be submitted by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "KYC Verification — [Your Username]".

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify pokk support immediately. pokk will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their login information.

All financial transactions on pokk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). pokk does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If you attempt to transact in a currency other than BDT, the transaction may be rejected or converted at a rate determined by your payment provider, over which pokk has no control.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently available on the pokk platform include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) mobile banking, Visa, and Mastercard. pokk reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice, subject to operational and regulatory requirements.

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and any applicable account-level restrictions set by pokk's risk management team.

Withdrawal processing times: pokk targets a withdrawal processing time of under ten minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during normal operating hours. Withdrawals via Rocket, Upay, and DBBL may take up to two hours. Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take three to five business days depending on your issuing bank's processing schedule. These are target times and not guarantees; processing may be delayed during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction. pokk does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pokk's control.

pokk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, the account is newly registered, or the transaction pattern appears unusual. Any funds found to have been deposited fraudulently, charged back, or credited in error will be reversed immediately, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

pokk may, at its sole discretion, offer bonus credits, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback promotions, or other promotional incentives to registered users. The specific terms of each individual promotion — including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry period — are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of the overall agreement between pokk and the participating player.

The following general bonus rules apply to all pokk promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement", typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and virtual sports may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated on the promotion page (typically 7 to 30 days). Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a pokk account at any given time. Players should fully utilise or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Abuse Prevention: pokk reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus — and to suspend any account — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal play, and coordinated wagering with other users to guarantee outcomes.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money except by satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.

pokk's welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first deposit, subject to the full terms published on the promotions page. Seasonal promotions — including BPL cricket season bonuses, Eid offers, and Pohela Boishakh reload bonuses — are announced on the platform homepage and are available to eligible players for the duration stated in the specific promotion terms.

pokk offers a range of gaming products including a cricket and sports sportsbook, live dealer casino games, video slots, virtual racing, and arcade games. Each product category has its own set of rules governing how bets are placed, how results are determined, and how winnings are calculated. These product-specific rules are available within each game's interface and on the respective category pages of the pokk platform. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that specific product only.

General betting rules applicable across all pokk products:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the pokk system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where the specific game rules provide for a cash-out or early settlement feature.
• pokk reserves the right to void any wager where a technical error, data feed error, or odds calculation error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In the event of a disagreement between the player and pokk regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, the result recorded in pokk's server logs shall be the definitive record. pokk's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes is final.
• All casino games sourced from certified third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi) use independently audited random number generators. pokk does not interfere with game outcomes and cannot manipulate results.
• Maximum winnings per single bet or game round may be subject to caps as specified in the individual game or market rules. Winnings exceeding any stated cap will be reduced to the cap amount, and the excess will not be credited.
• pokk reserves the right to set minimum and maximum stake limits on any game or market at any time. Stake limits may vary by player account level, game type, or promotional period.

For cricket and sports betting specifically: markets are offered on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other cricket and sports fixtures. In-play (live) betting is available on selected matches. The settlement of all sports markets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). pokk is not responsible for delays in official result declarations by governing bodies.

As a registered user of pokk, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of personal online entertainment. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent activity: You will not attempt to defraud pokk or any other user of the platform through any means, including but not limited to chargebacks, false claims, collusion, use of stolen payment credentials, or manipulation of game outcomes through external software.
• Use of automated systems: You will not use bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the pokk platform, place wagers, exploit promotional offers, or harvest data.
• Collusion and match-fixing: You will not collude with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, casino round, or sports event offered on pokk. You will not place wagers on fixed or manipulated sporting events where you have prior knowledge of the result.
• Money laundering: You will not use pokk as a vehicle for laundering the proceeds of criminal activity. Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine participation in gaming activity for the purpose of cleaning money is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Misrepresentation: You will not provide false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, impersonate another person, or create an account in someone else's name.
• Interference with platform integrity: You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the pokk platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other users. You will not introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software of any kind.

pokk employs real-time fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account activity that appears irregular, suspicious, or inconsistent with legitimate personal gaming use. Where a breach of these user obligations is established, pokk may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; withhold and forfeit the account balance; reverse any bonus credits or associated winnings; and report the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Closure by pokk: pokk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the account holder does not meet pokk's eligibility requirements; (c) the account has been used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to pokk, other players, or the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.

Closure by the player: You may request closure of your pokk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Your request will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of a voluntary closure request will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to standard KYC verification being completed.

Responsible gaming self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion options include cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. pokk will also take reasonable steps to ensure you do not receive promotional communications during an active self-exclusion. Dormant accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. pokk will notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. pokk reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month period, deducted from the account balance where a balance exists. Once the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed.

Effect of closure: Upon account closure for any reason, these Terms & Conditions continue to apply to all activity that occurred during the period the account was active, including any outstanding disputes, pending withdrawals, or bonus-related claims.
